Older locals remember that you used to be able to turn right from the central or right lane here… some continue to do this but there is no indication for newer people that this is an option - logic would suggest remarking (even more logic would suggest making the left and central lane turn LEFT) and making the right turn RIGHT ONLY - this would avoid the rush of people making last minute lane changes in the limited space
