Sent to Torbay Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7316745.

This manhole cover in the centre of the road is unsafe as the road supporting it is falling away. Dangerous, particularly for motorcycles. The damaged area is roughly outside 21 Chestnut Drive.
