Missing Railing
Reported via desktop in the Complete bollard is damaged category by David Bassett at 15:31, Fri 21 March 2025
Sent to Gloucestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7315782.
Several years ago a car crashed into a metal railing that prevented pedestrians from walking straight onto the road when exiting the footpath from the hill. The car crash happened on a Saturday and resulted in the railings being flattened and contractor from SnapeCall attended and cut them out following it being reported to the council.
To date these railings haven't' been reinstated and I'm concerned that it's only a mater of time before a child runs down the path and directly into the road.
