Blue road cones littering the roaf

Sent to Liverpool City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7314797.

Over the last three weeks we have had blue cones littering the roads and kerbs. The cones are left out day and night. Children are playing with them and they are being retrieved from the road. No notification of why the cones are there or who put them there. They are littered around the Leyfield/Alvanley area and used 24/7
