Still potholes after alleged repair

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7313737.

These potholes were allegedly fixed by whom? Absolutely amateur job done by incompetents, a complete waste of time and materials, it looks as though they didn't have either enough tarmac or time!The first downpour will just wash them away. Needs major work to resurface.
