Footpath from train station

Multiple lights are not working on the footpath to the village. It is so dark that there is no light whatsoever on an elevated path above a very busy road. Looking at previous reports these lights have been not working for months and there are probably more failed now than when Cheshire East replied that they would be repaired as quickly as possible.
