Oxford county council Dear Sir/Madam,
I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to formally report an issue that has caused significant damage to my vehicle and poses a serious safety hazard on ox18 2ry near bampton within your community.
On the 19/03/2025, I was driving on ox18 2ry towards bampton] when I encountered multiple deep potholes that were not only difficult to avoid but also caused my vehicle’s wheels to buckle and sustain severe damage. This resulted in costly repairs, as I had to replace the whole set of alloys as it was cheaper then getting them repaired along with all the other problems that it has caused. In addition to the inconvenience and financial strain this has caused me, I am deeply concerned about the potential for further accidents, especially with other motorists who may not be aware of the condition of the road.
I kindly request that immediate action be taken to repair the potholes and prevent further damage. I also urge the city to consider compensating me for the repair costs I have incurred due to this avoidable situation. I will Attached the copy of the invoice for new alloys and photographs of the damaged area for your reference.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution of this issue.
Sincerely, Kirk Richardson
