Removal of directional sign to 'Easington Only'. No sign now there.

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7309626.
The white ‘Easington only’ sign has been removed from the bottom of the hill pointing up to the village. This was removed by Drayton construction in early/mid January 2025. This sign was not damaged and was working perfectly well. I attach a photo of a similar sign near Copcourt to show what the sign that was removed looked like. At the site of the removed sign is now just a cone and a road closed sign (see photo submitted)
People now don’t know when to turn to Easington without the sign, so they slow down on the main road, increasing risk of accidents.
Please could the sign be reinstated.
