Traffic lights operating in rush hour

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7307230.

HS2 traffic lights are on during rush hour causing more congestion through Fairford Leys and further. This morning the lights were red and there was no vehicles even coming out of the hs2 junction! Please can the council sort this out? The traffic build up is unnecessary and can be avoided!
