Someone has placed a bollard (drilled into the road). It does not follow regs. It has no reflectors on it and is invisible when dark. This is a hazard to partially sighted members of the public (day and night) and poses a danger to drivers at night. It has been put there in the last 24 hours. It needs to be removed.
