Large holes at edge of road

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7304032.
I have reported this before and received an email on the 19th Marc stating the issue has been fixed his is not the case with no work under taken at all. The area is dangerous and will damage cars pulling over to let others past on the thin carriageway. Even returning the gravel to the holes would help.
