Hazardous parking

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7299455.

Double yellow lines were recently added to the West side of Morris Lane by the junction with Barnfield Way. Unfortunately contrary to the Highway Code Laws RTA 1988, sect 22 & CUR reg 103 No 243, several vehicles park opposite the junction and create a hazard to passing traffic. as they are 'opposite or within 10 metres (32 feet) of a junction, except in an authorised parking space' it says.
