Overgrown Privet hedge covering half of the pavement.

There is a privet hedge on the corner of the road which is overgrown and is covering half of the pavement in some parts. On a busy road like Halton Brow having half of the pavement covered when walking with young children and prams makes it quite unsafe.
Hedge was cut around 2 years ago but all waste was left on the footpath also which was also a health and safety issue.
