I have reported this matter once already, reference 7112035, your reply, even though i have told you there is a fractured drain, is that the drain will be jetted in the next 12 weeks - thats not good enought, the drain is blocked, the water runs down my driveway and is too excessive therefore goes into the house, so the photos show you the issues i am having outside the house, its flooding my property, i cannot upload photos to show you the inside as it will only let me upload 3 photos. You are not getting it - the drain is fractured. There is excessive water flooding through my garden and to my house, i have had United utilities out as i thought it was a burst drain, they have confirmed its not, but its a fractured gully outside my house, chances are this was done when it was jetted last year. Therefore jetting the gully is only going to make this matter worse, you are destroying my home and you need to rectify this matter.
