Light is within Hedge - it’s between Wood Drive and Derwent Close

The light out - the pathway is dark; with no lighting from nearby streets or properties are its there are tall in excess of 7 foot tall overgrowth - and there are bumps across the pathway … roots running across raising the pathway - tonight I’ve stumbled due to being unable to see due to lack of lighting. This was at 7pm.
