Not reported to council

People taking up 2 car Parking places, cars being left in same spot for months. I finish work at 10pm most nights and finding it impossible to park in the car park that’s literally outside my house. It’s becoming a joke. People taking up 2 spaces because they don’t want people to park next to them.
