Non existent road markings

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7293563.

This is an extremely busy area with traffic constant at all times of day. The central ghost island/turning right waiting lane has slowly been losing it's paint over many years. Now it's completely gone. How is anyone supposed to know what to do here without it?
