Poorly operating traffic lights

Sent to Norfolk County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7292348.

I am a daily user of the A140 travelling towards Norwich. The current set of traffic lights between Swainsthorpe and Dunston appear to be operating poorly. For long periods no traffic is seen travelling in either direction making already long delays even longer. This was happening yesterday (Sunday) as well and so does not appear to be site worker related. Please help keep frayed nerves in check for drivers. Thanks. Best Wishes Simon
