The curb side in our close has become over grown with grass and substantial nettle bushes grow bigger every year where clear curb stone should be.

Reported via mobile in the Grass category anonymously at 14:39, Mon 17 March 2025

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7292219.

A road sweeper came through our village some time a go and did not enter our close. I am not sure even if it had that it would have been able to dislodge the over growth along the curb side out side my neighbours adjacent property. It looks aweful and becomes a quite well established run of nettle plants literally in the road way.

  • A you can see the pavement is over grown. The house to the left of this picture has grass and nettles growing along the edge of the curb, although the nettles appear to have been cut back by them, the curb stones have become dislodged on places due to plant roots infiltrating and mortar. The curb surely should be clear of plant matter and debris.
