Damaged fence by pedestrian crossing

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7291884.

This fence has been damaged (presumably by a car incident) for at least a couple of years? Since I've lived here (Oct 2023). Still not been replaced and encroaches on space onto pavement. This should have been replaced a long time ago - especially when the barrier wouldn't protect very much if there was to be another incident,.
