Samual palmer court in moorfield road is a council owned/ run building and is filthy with abandoned rubbish, trolleys and a fridge. The whole of Moorfield road and Chislehirst road are hardly ever cleaned and I find myself constantly having to pick up rubbish outside my house and beyond. Broken glass in the road and just generally not well kept. I have to keep reporting the same issues. A bin needs to be installed at the very least. Samual Palmer court is a disgrace! I’m fed up with the drug use in this area and anti social behaviour, it makes me and my neighbours feel unsafe. I don’t see these problems in the surrounding roads so I am wondering why these two roads are always left in a total mess???
