Persistent issue of non-electric vehicles parking in designated electric vehicle (EV) charging points at the BP pulse charger on Westpole Avenue. In my 7 months using this charger, whenever I have met a non-EV parked in this bay I have also not seen a physical penalty notice issued to deter other non-EV from making this infringement.
