Drains covered and blocked with pine needles & oak leaf

Sent to East Dorset District Council 4 minutes later
I reported this problem on council web site job number: 1047237 last Tuesday but have had no acknowledgement. Our house faces a small copse and all the leaves have blown down the road and washed down by rain. I am at the lowest level and the most likely to have peruvial flooding. There are 2 drains one on each side of the road but you can't even see them anymore. Slow to drain.
Still open, via questionnaire, 12:03, Sun 10 January 2016
I went onto the council web site and reported the problem and got a job number but they have never acknowledged this at all which is why I used your web site but even then they have not acknowledged it. According the Environmental Agency we are at a very low point and are subject to peruvial flooding. I pointed this out to the council as well. There are now weeds growing amongst the leaves and the drains are not visible.
