Outside the garages at the bottom of Raymond road

Ongoing issue for years. Lately Someone has dumped about 2 tonne of rubble and junk here, old clothes, and old wood, a sofa, has been there about a week. These garages are all in disrepair. The doors are broken on all of them.There are people living in them, stashing stolen goods in them, having sex with prostitutes, urinating, using needles. Dumping rubbish, setting fires, climbing onto the train tracks. Lots of crime on this patch because they know they can run down the tunnel and escape. Needs cctv desperately.
