Welford Road, B20 2BJ outside the garages on the pavement, someone has fly tipped a black bag of waste and an umbrella. Given the amount of debris and litter already on the pavement, can the area be cleared and swept up? The nearest address is 50 Welford Road, B20 2BJ, but it’s located on the right side of the road, up the road from the current location. The crew will need to get out of their vehicle and walk the stretch to complete the task.
