Thank you for your enquiry regarding a tree outside of 177 Hospital Bridge Road, TW2.
I can confirm that the tree was last inspected in 2021 and found to be in good condition, work was however instructed to clean the crown of deadwood and this took place in August 2021. As you have mentioned further debris falling from the tree we have instructed a follow up inspection to take place and this will determine if any further action is required.
You have mentioned a number of issues relating to tree roots; with regards to reported disturbance of the pavement surface we have referred your enquiry to our Highways Inspection and Enforcement Team and an officer will now undertake an assessment to see if remedial action is required. With regards to the various services that you have mentioned it is advised that if there is a problem with any of these, that you contact the service provider, this is because they will be able to identify any below ground issues and have powers to take action to resolve these issues, including action to tackle tree related problems.
