Usual litter build up in usual location

Another one that needs scheduled maintenance.

There is always litter build up along this sheugh (look it up). And has been for at least the last 8 years. When the grass was cut in full, it would be automatically de-littered in full. Now it gets a 'perimeter' cut, the litter in the sheugh (and uncut areas) is just left.

Please add delittering ALL of the plot to you annual maintenance schedule ie pro-active, not perpetually reactive. Thanks.

Oh, and has anyone ever considered a warning notice?
