Every year (surprise!) there is thick leaf and litter build up on this pedestrian bridge.

Every year NRS sit back and wait for the public to report the annual inevitable.

What chance someone could - shock - put it on an annual clean-up schedule and, you know, pro-activeltly maintain it? Or is that just too well managed and sensible for GCC in 2025?
