Tree root has caused pavement to become raised

Pavement has been damaged by a tree root. This has caused a trip hazard. Mainly elderly people in street. One partially blind person.

    This path needs fixing asap. We have elderly people in the street, one partially sighted (walks with a stick) and this is extremely dangerous.
