Constant pavement parking on both sides blocking access to reversing cars from neighbouring houses.

This problem has been going on for a couple of years and is getting increasingly worse with more vehicles parking on both sides of the road on opposite pavements. It means people have to walk on the road to access the houses at 15-18 and it creates difficulty for cars reversing out of driveways at houses 10-13. Emergency vehicles could not get through if they needed access.
