Out of control dog poo

Sent to Liverpool City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7279694.

Harper Road L9 is becoming a dog toilet and and it’s a local problem. I’ve had to wash the pavement several times. Can there possibly be a reminder leaflet put through doors with a reminder of a possible fine if people don’t clean up their stinking, unhealthy mess!
