Bad car parking

Hi due to premies on Dove St being used as a mosque the car parking has gotten out of hand. On a Monday evening and Friday afternoon the cars are double parked all the way along Dove Street and Beaumont street, the owers park on the pedestrian pavements, under the trees on Beaumont street causing pedestrians to walk in the road in the dark I'm not sure if it's in use on other evening, in the past I have contacted the local councillors regarding this also the Highways person be it is falling on deaf ears can you please advise and assist?
