A previous loud loose manhole has been covered in tarmac. Not sure if this was the council or fed up resident? Tarmac has now caused a speed bump. Manhole should have been fixed properly not covered over.

    Tarmac covered manhole now showing holes and potentially manhole now open? Could cause a serious accident. Traffic travelling over continue to make loud banging noises.
