Courtney road and the Homestead staggered cross road

Reported via desktop in the Faded road markings category anonymously at 11:44, Friday 14 March 2025 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7278047.

Red road markings are faded. Road markings need to be updated with solid white lines to prevent overtaking through the junction. As seen in photos cars see the open road ahead speed up and overtake through the junction. It is like having a dual carriageway as cars can legally overtake. The Homestead have children that cross the road and we have cars overtaking treating this as a dual carriage way . Please improve road markings to prevent this.
