Road and pavement covered in mud

Pavement and road on Baillieston Rd East of Culzean Drive (North Side) covered in mud 6 inches deep. This road floods after rain no attempt is made to clear drains or indeed clean up the pavement and road of the mud that is left afterwards. This has already been reported via this platform over a week ago with no action taken. Surely this could be cleaned up and the choked drains cleared? If this is not addressed quickly my next stop will be with Councillor Thomas Kerr whom will ensure swift action.
