Sunken Inspection chmaber cover in new road in direction of m4

Sent to Rhondda Cynon Taf Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7275204.

There is a sunken manhole cover in the 2nd lane of the new bypass (just past scrap yard) heading towards Talbot green. Causes a significant bump when traveling over it on my motorbike. It is a brand new road so should be level with the tarmac surface and can not be withing tolerance.
