Road opposite entrance to 38/40 Bexton Lane

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7274221.
Since the road had a layer of tarmac added rainwater now drains from the road down my driveway. There is insufficient level difference between the curb and road to divert rainwater along the gully. This is causing damage to the block paving with grout being washed away. Potential damage to domestic drains and a personal injury danger in icy weather. You have said you will do nothing which is unreasonable as your work to the road has caused these problems. If you do nothing I am assuming you will be financially responsible to remedy the damage caused by shoddy workmanship. I intend to go to the local paper and my MP to request help.
