Large dip in the road

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7270586.

Outside the new flats, probably created when the were built to add new drainage/sewers. Unavoidable dip in the road and vehicles have to slow down or straddle the other carriageway to avoid it on one side. Must drop down 2in. Really needs filling, also manhole cover.

Sending this again as never got email confirmation for my first report.
