Car blocking pavement

Sent to Torbay Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7268063.

A car was parked outside the hoarding adjacent to Sainsbury's. It was blocking the footway and forced pedestrians into the road to get past. This isn't the first time a car has parked here. More traffic patrols needed along New Road so pedestrians can walk safely to Sainsbury's without being forced into the road to get past parked cars.

I walked to Sainsbury's today but no car was parked there at that time.
