Address is 1 kelvinside gardens.

Willie bins are blocking access to the school. They are permanently stored outside the address.

Wheelchairs and pushchairs are unable to safely pass.

    This problem has not been fixed. The rubbish bins are blocking wheelchair access to the primary school. These private bins should be stored with the property and only put out on bin collection day. Children are being forced onto the road.
