Reported via mobile in the Roads and Carriageways category by Roger Fiander at 13:18, Wednesday 12 March 2025 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7267308.

Persistent unsociable parking is severely eroding the bank of Mere Court onto Mere Road and cutting a lot of soil that is washed down the road and blocks the gullies

  • A council road sweeper came along Mere Road on Thursday 20th March at 9.30am. To my amazement this vehicle on its return down Mere Road just drove past the verge debris (mainly the remains of the autumn and winter rotted vegetation) without doing its job of clearing the road verge along this stretch. We only seem to get a road sweeper in the village once a year and it would be nice if it did its job properly.
