Graffi on reduce speed sign and missing bollards

The reduce speed now sign is covered with graffiti. Making it illegible. There are at least a dozen black and white bollards missing - the ones that indicate a sharp turn. There have been a number of car accidents up this road, which have crushed them. The people who mow the verges have also mown over them and destroyed them. It is mostly on the west side as you drive north on the road alongside the golf course.
