Rubbish and drug detritus from 29 Falkner Square

The tenants of 29 Falkner Square are persistently leaving their rubbish strewn all over the garden instead of putting it into wheelie bins; this is attracting seagulls and rats, and blowing all over Lowther Street as a result.

I have tried to appeal to the tenants themselves, but they have ignored me. Also, I have tried to complain to Rooms4U, which manages the property, but they do not respond.

The wheelie bins for this property are always left on Lowther Street instead of being taken in, which causes antisocial behaviour problems, as drug addicts often use them as tables to build crack pipes, and thus leaving drug paraphernalia and other mess on the street.

Please can Liverpool City Council visit the property to ensure this situation is resolved.
