There are enough car parking spaces in the area available and green space should remain green space, not damaged and rotted by the parking or vehicles. Measures two preclude vehicles from the space should be in place.

The unrestricted access for vehicles onto this green space remains unregulated; therefore, the issue of adhoc parking on a grassed area remains unaddressed.
