Street lamp out

Sent to Hull City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7261425.

Street lamp on Lilac Ave, near junction with Laburnum, has ben out for some time. Found what with hindsight was probably a broken top sensor in the privet hedge some time ago, possibly knocked out by low hanging tree branches during strong winds.
