Can Glasgow City Council please acknowledge this……..rubbish bags dumped at the corner of Cathcart Road and Hampden Terrace. They have been torn open by vermin and birds and old rotting food is spilling out of them. It’s an eye sore and quite simply disgusting. Each day more bags are added. Who is responsible for cleaning this up? No wonder there is a vermin problem in the city.
