OCC operative asked me to report following his visit todsy

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7260730.

The operative from OCC cleared the gulley this morning and asked me to inform you that the outlet pipe is too small and causes an airlock preventing adequate flow causing the silt to block the drain.
