Large pothole on the side of the road Horley

This pothole was reported in early Feb, the same time as a few others in the area. The others were fixed by contractors on Friday, yet this one, the worst, has not. OCC stated 28 days, but why fix some, and not all the reports, even if reported at the same time? This pothole is near unavoidable, as some womble in a grey van, parks opposite it, meaning you have to go thru it, as there is no way to avoid it. If the owner of the grey van, no doubt a tradesperson could not park at that spot, it would be appreciated.
