Large crack in pavement caused by nearby tree roots getting bigger n now cracking main wall of 34 Queen's Park terracec

Sent to Brighton and Hove City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7255850.

Cracking pavement grown in size in last 5 days , faint cracking wall now clearly visible - tree roots need pruning /shaving and pavement repaired before irreparable damage to wall

  • Pavement split /crack now extended and bigger trip hazard -is by far the biggest crack in pavement in surrounding footpath -now impacting on garden wall facing it causing larger crack

  • Crack has increased - damage to my home highly likely and both pavements and arbiculture ignoring damage due to £3k cost to them whereas wall collapse will result in circa £15k cost and risk to pedestrians and landslide of my home
