Long, deep pothole with sharp edge on step narrow road on Watlington Hill

The worst of a number of potholes on the steep narrow road going up Watlington Hill ( Hill Rd ) getting gradually worse over last 2 months. 4m long. 60cm wide. 70mm deep with a sharp edge. Very dangerous to cyclists who need to pull out to avoid the hole, but also to cars if two cars meet here : either the cars will hit each other or one will have a blow-out , lose control and go over the edge and roll down the hill .
